To the Artic and Back...

...at least that is what it has felt like this month!! We have had artic cold temps and CRAZY amounts of snow (for us anyways)! 20 inches in ONE day! Then another 4 inches that same week! It was so bitter cold that we didn't even get much time outside to enjoy the snow! Then all of a sudden it warmed up drastically and it was GONE and we had 70 degree weather in the middle of February! MISSOURI=Crazy Weather!! Make up your mind! Now it is back to winter coats and hats! We were only teased by the spring like temps and it really confuses Liam! One day I make him wear stocking hat, mittens, big coat...then the next he is in a sun hat, no coat and sunglasses!! SPRING PLEASE COME BACK TO US!
This was taken on February 1st before the snow was done...eventually that red and yellow t-ball tee was no where to be seen!!

When it started to warm up we took the dogs out for a much needed walk! Truman was so glad to get outside of the small shoveled pathway in the backyard. He was sniffing everything!!
Pa and Mimi got Liam a "pack-pack" as Liam calls it filled with Cars themed fishing stuff! He would not take it off all day long!! SPOILED little kid!
Liam now calls this his truck! He will point to it and say, "My Big Red Truck" Daddy said, "Maybe when your 16!!" Also, check out his new bike helmet! Loves to wear it but no to thrilled about actually riding the bike...he would rather push me on it! HaHa

Warmed up enough that Daddy washed both of our cars to get all the salt off of them...Liam helped by splashing in the puddles from all the runoff water!! He had a blast!
Mommy and Liam climbing all the leftover snow drifts! He would get to the top of each "mountain" and scream "ta-da" He is such a character and has such a goofy personality!
Now check out that outfit!! Lunch outside and mud boots for the puddles!! 70 degrees in February...we took full advantage of this!!

It was beautiful few days of warmth and we will be waiting ever so patiently for Spring to return!
