Pics from our new camera!

Here are the pictures I promised! I purchased a new camera yesterday and it is so much nicer than our old one!! Maybe I should lose things more often...hehe just kidding!!



Liam was really interested in the new camera. When I opened the box he and the dogs all thought I was opening something for them!

Liam loves to run toys across the vent to listen to the noise...sometimes he flicks the doorstop at the same time and he has his own band of instruments playing!! Maybe we have a musician on our hands!

Blowing bubbles of spit all over mommy and the new camera...thank goodness we opted for the extra accidental damage warranty!!

Liam likes to climb on this chair toy we got from our neighbors....I am pretty sure he got his love of climbing from his mama! She was a climber back in her toddler days!!

9 months and counting...

Liam is nine months old as of yesterday and we have started realizing how quickly September 2nd will be here!! He has been such a joy and a blessing to us!! Although he is a handful he is worth every minute!! He is on the verge of standing by himself with out support. Every now and again he will let go and stand for a few seconds before toppling over. He is saying DaDa alot and MaMa every now and again, but sometimes he gives random objects these titles. For example, he likes yell DaDa at the phone, the wall, the dogs, or the TV. It is pretty funny!
Sorry I don't have any new pictures for this month because we lost our camera last weekend. Going to buy a new one this week!! I will post pictures ASAP!! I was called off of work on Friday night and therefore we were able to spend all day Saturday together. We went to a car show and then to the park for a picnic and some fishing. Somewhere between the two is when we lost the camera :(
We can't wait for this weekend. Nana Amy and Steve are coming to visit and we are going to go the Cardinals game on Sunday!! Front row seats! Hopefully the weather will be nice and the rain will hold off! Then next Wednesday Mari and Andrea fly into St Louis and Gramps and Grammy Quirk are coming too!! We are going to have a fun time together!! Swimming and the Zoo are some of the things we have planned!
Update on the house and moving status....
Well our house is still on the market. We lowered the price and we also put it up for lease as well. We have had a few interested in leasing it and if the right people come thru we might be moving soon!!
Well...I better go because there is a little person attached to my leg crying because he thinks when I am on the computer he needs to help me type something too! Pictures to follow soon!!

Busy Boy

Liam has been keeping us very busy lately. He is always on the move and I am sure he will be walking soon. He actually can walk with a walker toy without any help from us!! He has figured out how to get back down from standing, so the screaming has minimized... a little!! We have noticed that the bumps, bruises, and scrapes have increased!! He is so curious and such a daredevil that I seem to be always saying "NO SIR" this seems to work better than just "NO". My sister told me to try this!! Thanks sis!

He is obsessed with anything he can open and close (ie doors, books, cabinets, etc.) Locks are something on my list of things to buy today at the store!! He has also learned how to drink out of a sippy cup really well, now that I got him one that doesn't drowned him!! Haha whoops!

Last time I posted that Liam had three new teeth...well make that four! So he has a total of 6 teeth and is working on numbers 7 and 8!! We have lots of fun things coming up in the next few weeks like the Cardinals game with PawPaw and Gail, and Andrea and Mari, and Grandpa and Grandma Quirk coming to visit!! We will keep you updated on this Busy Boy!!

Best Buddies! Liam follows Truman around EVERYWHERE!! Truman is really good with him and has learned to put up with his new tag-a-long friend!!

Peekaboo!! Liam and his cousin Brooklyn having fun at the wedding! Nana Amy and Steve got married on Saturday May 16th. So, we traveled back for the weekend. We had a good time and are happy for the newlyweds. Hope you had fun in Florida!!

My First Mother's Day

This past weekend we traveled back to Gower for the weekend. We had Liam dedicated to the Lord on Sunday and celebrated Mother's Day with our families. It was a great time and we always enjoy showing off our beautiful son!!

Liam was fussy on the trip home (thanks to three new teeth) so I sat in the back with him. One of the few things that made him happy was holding mommy's soda bottle!!

Sunday May 10th. My very first Mother's Day. I am so very proud to have Liam as my son!! Cory and Liam gave me a gift card to get a manicure and a pedicure and a very nice card! Thanks Boys!

Our Trip to Colorado

Liam and I went to Colorado to visit my sis and Mari last week. We flew in on Wednesday and came home on Sunday. We had a great time hiking, eating, swimming, shopping, and just hanging out together!! We can't wait for June when Mari and Andrea come to visit us in St Louis!!

Standing is So FUN!!

Liam has learned how to stand and he does it very well!! The only downfall to his new accomplishment is the fact that he hasn't figured out how to sit back down without falling!! So, instead he stands and screams...every single time!!! And on the rare occassion he doesn't scream it is usually because he is too busy getting into something he shouldn't be!! What a cute little stinker!!
